As an Production Engineering Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the Production, Engineering, Human Resources, and Continuous Improvement teams. As a true team contributor, you will help ensure smooth operations, coordinate various activities and events, improve processes, and support the success of operational projects. Your work will have a direct impact on the efficiency of our manufacturing operations and the overall employee experience. What You Will Do : Operations Support
Support the production team with work instructions, key performance indicators (KPIs), data entry, part creation, and other administrative activities. Maintain and update operational information within the M3 system. Contribute to the optimization and continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes.
Training and Employee Experience
Coordinate internal and external training activities. Support onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes for production employees. Manage training logistics, including room reservations, material preparation, resource coordination, and administrative follow-up.
Communication and Collaboration
Assist in drafting and distributing internal communications. Participate in the creation of documents, presentations, surveys, and communication tools. Act as a resource person for Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and SharePoint. Promote effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Coordination and Special Projects
Organize visits for customers, suppliers, partners, and traveling employees. Coordinate travel arrangements, meals, reservations, and other logistical requirements. Prepare purchase orders and manage follow-ups on various administrative requests. Support the leadership team with special projects and company events.
What Will Help You Succeed : Education and Experience
College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role. Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset. Strong command of the English language. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). Knowledge of the M3 system is considered an asset. Excellent writing, editing, and document formatting skills.
