Position Summary The Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales within our Direct and Indirect channels. As a Sales Account Manager, you are fluent in English and French, and should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
Duties Include (but Are Not Limited To) Duties & Responsibilities: Direct Channel (100%)
- Prospect, qualify, demo and close new sales using leads generated from trade shows, from digital marketing or cold calling
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Use CRM to manage all sales activities

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English and French)
- Highly motivated and ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Creative and innovative
- Willingness to participate in projects outside of the core job description
