About the role

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the performance of the engineering teams by improving their tools and working methods. Deploy concrete improvements to product development methods (processes, tools, and practices) to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering teams. You will also be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with engineering teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyzing current tools and processes to recommend enhancements.
  • Implementing new tools and processes to streamline workflows.
  • Providing training and support to engineering teams on new tools and processes.
  • Monitoring and measuring the impact of implemented changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with engineering tools and software is a plus.
