We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Project Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce implementation program(Long Term). This role requires exceptional program management capabilities, deep Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, and proven success delivering enterprise-grade CRM transformations. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Governance
- Lead a multi-year Salesforce program spanning multiple business units and geographies.
- Establish and oversee program governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Ensure delivery against defined scope, budget, and timelines with full accountability.
- Provide executive-level reporting to client stakeholders, steering committees, and internal leadership.
Project Delivery Management
- Drive execution across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, and potentially FSC).
- Oversee data migration, integrations, release management, and adoption planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of Architects, Developers, BAs, Testers, and Admins in global setups.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum and hybrid methodologies, adapting where needed for scale and client context.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary client partner, managing C-suite and business stakeholder expectations.
- Translate business strategy into a Salesforce delivery roadmap aligned with client objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with client sponsors and internal leadership.
Quality & Best Practices
- Champion Salesforce best practices, accelerators, and governance frameworks to ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Enforce quality gates across design, build, test, and deployment phases.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, retrospectives, and metrics-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project/program management experience, with 6+ years in Salesforce delivery.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale Salesforce programs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, AppExchange, and integration patterns.
- Expertise in governance, change management, risk/issue management, and reporting for long-term programs.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
- Certifications strongly preferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant (Sales/Service/FSC).
