Here’s how you’ll contribute
-
Analysis of potential AGI filings using financial modelling that incorporates major repair forecasts.
-
Preparing packages for AGI submission that include organizing reports, pulling required information from the system (Purchase Orders, Invoice Copies, Bank Statements, etc.) and preparing the submission document.

Assisting with the preparation of AGI hearings, coordinating information with site teams and external consultants.

Job and contract creation in Yardi as requested by Project Managers through approval forms.
-
Maintaining accurate data in Yardi by performing routine maintenance as required. Tasks include but are not limited to closing jobs, reviewing aging contracts, triggering workflows and site contact information.

Managing the centralized administration mailbox to offer support to Project Manager’s for questions and requests.

Assisting with reviewing monthly financial forecasts and performing variance analysis

Other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

**Education:**Post-Secondary Education, either a College Diploma or a University Degree, in a related field. Relevant experience will also be considered.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel preferred
