Job Summary

Amorepacific Canada is seeking an experienced Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join the Laneige Marketing Team. This role is responsible for executing and supporting cohesive brand activity across paid media, social media, public relations, and integrated marketing channels.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Laneige Marketing and working closely with the Assistant Manager in Trade Marketing, the ideal candidate supports the execution of integrated marketing initiatives and ensures a connected 360° marketing approach across all consumer touchpoints. This is a great fit for a digitally fluent marketer who is ready to take on broader ownership of channel execution and cross-functional coordination, with a strong understanding of the prestige beauty landscape and the Sephora retail environment.

Principal Accountabilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Digital Channel Execution & Brand Building (30%)

Support the planning and execution of Laneige Canada’s integrated digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels in partnership with the Sr. Marketing Manager. Ensure digital activity aligns with brand objectives, campaign priorities, and commercial targets Assist with campaign briefing, creative direction, and performance tracking across social, paid media, influencer, and PR workstreams Help translate Global Headquarters’ brand direction into locally relevant, consumer-first digital executions

Paid Media Support (20%)

Support the management of the external paid media agency relationship, ensuring briefs are clear, budgets are tracked, and campaigns are delivering against targets Monito campaign performance across key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR) and flag optimization opportunities in partnership with the Integrated Marketing Specialist Ensure paid media activity is aligned with retail moments, newness launches, and Sephora campaign windows

Trade-Digital Integration (15%)

Partner closely with the Assistant Manager of Trade to keep digital and trade workstreams aligned on launch calendars, hero SKUs, promotional windows, and in-store moments Ensure the Digital team is briefed on and supporting Sephora and Amazon priorities Serve as a cross-functional connector with Sales, SCM, and HQ on Digital-related workstreams

Reporting & Budget Tracking (20%)

Track Digital team A&P spend across channels and flag risks or variances to the Sr. Marketing Manager Prepare regular performance updates and campaign recaps with clear insights and recommendations Support quarterly business reviews and HQ reporting as needed

Team Collaboration & Development Support (15%)

Work alongside the Sr. Marketing Manager to help guide and support a team of three Senior Specialists spanning Integrated Marketing, social media, and PR Participate in weekly team check-ins and help set clear priorities and timelines across workstreams Contribute to a collaborative, accountable team culture and support team members where appropriate Partner with the Sr. Marketing Manager on organizational planning and development conversations

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within prestige beauty, retail, or consumer goods Strong digital marketing fluency across paid media, social, influencer, and PR Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously Familiarity with the Sephora retail ecosystem and omnichannel marketing environment Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills Positive attitude with strong relationship-building skills Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment Bilingual (English/French) an asset but not required
