The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $70,600 - $92,600. The salary offered will be based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications.

What You’ll Be Doing

Investigate and resolve Dealer inquiries via Salesforce Case Management, phone, and email Handle inquiries with care, providing elevated Dealer and Customer Experience (CX) Manage several online applications, resources, internal departments to find inquiry solutions Verifies problem parts through physical inspection and stock comparison Assists dealers in selecting the correct parts for complex repairs Identify Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) challenges with Dealers and provides solutions Investigates and resolves Dealer shipment challenges Assist Dealers in resolving technical inquiries, problems and questions Communicates with all internal departments (i.e. Parts Supply, ACT, CR, Zones, and more) to resolve issues relating to back ordered parts Processes employee and department parts purchases Support internal departments with various part inquiries and investigations Report all abnormal or unique parts related problems to the NPSC team leader and appropriate head office staff Other duties as requested or required

What You’ll Bring

University degree and/or College Diploma in business, operations management, supply chain or other relevant areas Bilingual (French/English) required 2+ years of work-related experience, preferably within a call center environment Strong customer service experience, ability to manage difficult situations and ambiguity Working knowledge of online applications (SAP, Salesforce, Ring Central) Working knowledge of automotive mechanics as an asset Excellent oral and written communication skills
