Regeneron Canada continues to grow and expand, and we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our sales leadership team. The incumbent will be based in Québec and will cover Québec, the Atlantic provinces and Ottawa.
In partnership with our internal Sales Leadership Team and alliance partner, you will lead and coach a team of experienced biologic representatives to exceed objectives while ensuring the patient remains the center of the work we do.
As Regional Sales Manager, a typical day may include:
- Delivering results by meeting or exceeding objectives driven by Regeneron Way values
- Attracting, retaining, developing and leading a team of Immunology representatives in multiple therapeutic areas.
- Inspire and motivate through adult learning principles and leading by example
- Create an open line of communication with the team and ensure all team members are working as efficiently as possible as a team.
- Collaborate with a positive attitude with internal and external stakeholders in different functions e.g. PSP, medical, etc.
- Drive a culture of curiosity by being curious and asking questions of your team and HCP’s.
- Build relationships with regional KOL’s and HCP’s so that you have a clear understanding of HCP and patient needs.
- Monitor and collate field insights and engagement activities and share insights with commercialization managers and brand managers.
- Ensure all business and engagement plans align with the brand strategy and priorities to drive success.
- Optimize team resources by monitoring budgets, reporting, and other management systems.
This role might be for you if:
- Several years of relevant professional pharmaceutical sales experience within the Life Sciences industry - Demonstrable account management experience with proven commercial sales success within the pharmaceutical industry
- You will co-create and embed a high-performance team culture aligned to Regeneron’s vision, values, and strategic direction. You will manage a team within a designated region, and effectively coach and performance manage the sales team to deliver commercial goals.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, finance, economics, market research, statistics, or the social, biological, or physical sciences required.
- You speak French & English fluently.
- You are passionate about Team Management, with strong ability to manage & coach sales team, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You are committed to work in collaboration and develop excellent partnership internally & externally, previous experience in an alliance is highly desired.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience in advance therapies/biologics. You are comfortable with regular travel and have a valid driver's license. Fluency in both French & English is required.
