What we’re looking for

• Create maintenance documentation and other deliverables as required.

• Capture photographs and videos of machines and equipment.

• Track project status and progress to ensure required documentation is completed as scheduled.

• Organize and maintain files in the CenterLine Documentation Portal

• Communicate with internal departments and external customers to gather, clarify, and provide required documentation.

• Design, create, and adhere Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) placards and tags, identifying lockout points on equipment.

What you need to succeed

• Secondary school diploma
• Excellent communication and administrative skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to manage and prioritize work in response to changing customer needs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Adobe applications.
• Manufacturing, design, or engineering experience an asset.

Wage Range: $20.00 - $26.00 hourly
