Business System Analyst
Full Time Toronto , ON Exp - 7+Years
Required Experience
- 7+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Hands-on experience in Canadian Insurance and/or Wealth Management domains.
- Knowledge of Group Benefits, Claims, Life Insurance, Investment Products, RRSP, TFSA, Portfolio Management, and Client Onboarding.
- Familiarity with Canadian regulatory considerations including OSFI, CIRO, FINTRAC, AML/KYC, and privacy requirements.
Technical Skills
Delivery Tools Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps Analysis SQL, data analysis, data mapping, reconciliation Integration API understanding, system integration, service-oriented architecture Process Mapping Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN-style process flows
Preferred Qualifications
- CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, SAFe, CSC, IFIC, or Wealth Management Essentials certification is an asset.
- Experience working with major Canadian insurers, wealth firms, banks, or financial services platforms.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
