Aramark is recruiting a University Club Growth and Experience Manager to drive primary revenue growth of the University Club restaurant while building the events business and supporting operational execution. This role is designed to increase daily restaurant utilization and profitability while strengthening the overall guest experience and event pipeline. The primary focus of this role includes restaurant growth, events business development and on-site event operations and execution. Drive primary revenue growth of the University Club restaurant through targeted marketing, promotions, and guest engagement initiatives - Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, visit frequency, and average spend - Build and maintain relationships with faculty, staff, alumni, and the local community to increase awareness and utilization - Lead marketing campaigns aligned with brand standards, including themed events and promotional programming - Monitor and analyze performance metrics (revenue, traffic, guest feedback) and adjust strategies accordingly - Generate and manage a pipeline of event leads across corporate, campus, and private segments - Conduct site visits, support proposal development, and drive event booking conversions - Collaborate with catering, culinary, and operations teams to grow event business and enhance offerings - Support pricing strategies, packages, and promotions to improve competitiveness and booking rates - Maintain a visible presence during service to ensure high-quality guest experiences and gather feedback - Support seamless execution of events and daily operations while upholding service standards - Provide consistent reporting on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and revenue projectionsQualifications

Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Marketing or Business is required- 2-4 years experience in hospitality sales, marketing and operations- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and guest engagement- Knowledge and experience leveraging social media for target marketing- Excellent communication, relationship-building and organizational skills- Computer fluency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook What We Offer
