The role focuses on relationship based engagement, professional dialogue, and guiding individuals through a structured evaluation process.
What You Will Do 🔹 Engage with professionals who have expressed interest in leadership and personal development programmes
🔹 Conduct structured conversations to understand individual goals, motivations, and development objectives
🔹 Share programme information and digital learning resources to support informed decision making
🔹 Guide individuals through a clear evaluation and onboarding process
🔹 Build trusted professional relationships through thoughtful dialogue and credibility
🔹 Work within established engagement systems and communication frameworks
🔹 Participate in ongoing learning sessions and professional collaboration
