Role Overview
Are you an Administrative Assistant who can handle day-to-day administrative tasks while applying AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency in scheduling, data management, reporting, and communications. Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Duet, or similar) to improve processes, draft communications, summarize information, and generate reports.
- Maintain digital records, organize files, and ensure data accuracy.
- Support internal and external communications, preparing presentations and materials as needed.
- Assist with basic data entry, research, and report generation.
- Identify opportunities to optimize administrative workflows with AI tools.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Jasper, or other productivity platforms) to improve efficiency in admin tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and proactively improve processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing calendars and travel logistics.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
