What You Will Do:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating daily fuel delivery routing schedules to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective service. This role also provides administrative support to the BCLM Operations team at 4Refuel’s Surrey location.

The ideal candidate has strong transportation experience, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fastpaced operational environment.

Routing & Operational Coordination

  • Plan, route, and sequence fuel delivery orders to maximize efficiency and meet changing business and customer demands.
  • Integrate new customers into existing routes by incorporating delivery requirements in a manner that minimizes delivery costs and maximizes service effectiveness.
  • Review previous day routing sheets, identify discrepancies, and adjust routing strategies for continues improvement
  • Continuously analyze route configurations and implement improvements to enhance operational performance and cost effectiveness

Communication & Customer Support

  • Communicate effectively with Certified Refueling Professionals, Customers, Sales and internal teams to ensure optimal service levels are maintained.
  • Respond quickly to operational changes and adjust routing plans as required.
  • Foster strong teamwork by maintain positive working relationships across all departments.

Administrative & Compliance Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including documentation, reporting, and data entry.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall operational success.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of and familiarity with the BC Lower Mainland.
  • Minimum 2+ years of administrative or operational support experience, preferably within transportation or logistics.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong computer proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly and respond effectively to changing operational needs.
  • Strong customer service background with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Motivated self starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
