Job Description
We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as an Associate Conservation Account Manager. As an Associate Conservation Account Manager you will work closely with internal Engineering teams, Customer Support services, and Energy Efficiency program participants to promote benefits of your assigned program to commercial and industrial customers.
This is a hybrid role requiring going to the office once a week. Successful candidates will be based in the Greater Toronto Area.

- Collaborate with customers, trade allies, and Account Managers to advance energy efficiency applications
- Support energy efficiency projects through all stages: conception, implementation, commissioning, and verification
- Analyze data using statistical methods to establish baselines for incentive contracts
- Assist in the design and execution of M&V plans to validate realized energy savings
- Review third-party proposals and feasibility studies to ensure technical viability of capital projects
- Assess data to evaluate the feasibility and impact of energy efficiency initiatives
- Prepare reports to track and manage project performance
- Determine technical eligibility of measures for program inclusion
- Develop and deliver training content to internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., trade allies or channel partners) on technical measures, eligibility criteria, and program protocols
We’re excited about you because you possess...
- 2–4 years in commercial, industrial, agricultural energy efficiency roles with program engagement, auditing, or building-science responsibilities
- Post-secondary education in a technical field, ideally with a focus on sustainability, building science, or engineering
- Preferred designations include P.Eng, B.Eng, CEM, and/or CET
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and all levels of management
- Genuine passion for energy efficiency and technology-driven solutions, demonstrated through education and career achievements
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience using CRM to manage pipelines, maintain data integrity, and support sales or outreach workflows is an asset
- Experience developing and maintaining operational trackers (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, CRM reports) to monitor outreach activity, lead status, and workflow progress
- Familiarity with Copilot and other AI tools to streamline lead generation, automate routine tasks, and enhance operational efficiency is an asset
Compensation Range:
- $32-$35/hour
