Summary The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for assisting the Inventory Control Manager for periodic automatic replenishment (par), purchase orders, inventory, and consignment for all Home Medical Equipment (HME) locations. Ensuring the highest level of efficiency with inventory by using reporting and physical counts. Streamline, create
consistency and up-to-date inventory thru all HME locations. Also responsible for ensuring Brightree and/or Website inventory matches on-hand inventory. Responsible for processing purchase requests from Customer Service Representatives and any other duties as assigned by the Inventory Control Manager to maximize customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
- Most possess a valid, current, and in good standing Driver’s License
- Comply with Company Employee Manual, policies, procedures, and compliance
- Meets company minimum standard of Background Check
- Report to work regular and timely
- Observation and Practice of Universal Precautions
- Will be required to use handheld tools for assembly and repair, material handling
- Duties may include cutting, carrying devices, cleaning up work areas or equipment.
- Willingness to attend educational opportunities recommended by company including but not limited to seminars, webinars, conventions, meetings, and retreats; some of which may require travel via motor vehicle, train, airline, bus, and boat; and some of which may require overnight stay(s).
- Maintain positive attitude and conduct yourself in a professional, ethical, and knowledgeable manner toward supervisor, patients, referral sources, co-workers, colleagues, subordinates, and members of the public: everyone.
