About the Role
The Senior Marketing Manager is a commercially driven, revenue-focused role responsible for executing regional marketing strategies, building strategic partnerships, and driving demand generation across Plaza Premium Group’s portfolio. This role prioritizes measurable business outcomes over traditional brand activations, leveraging marketing initiatives to support direct revenue growth, B2B engagement, and B2C sales performance.
Working closely with Business Development, Sales, and Commercial teams, the Senior Marketing Manager plays a key role in enabling corporate partnerships, strengthening client relationships, and delivering ROI-driven campaigns. In addition, the role requires strong coordination, communication, and execution capabilities to support cross-border collaboration, manage agency partners, and act as a brand ambassador to clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Commercial Marketing & Revenue Support Support the development and execution of regional marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives and revenue targets. Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Operations, Loyalty, and Business Development teams to implement ROI-driven campaigns that directly impact revenue. Execute initiatives to drive passenger demand and increase direct bookings and ancillary revenue. Contribute to Smart Traveller membership growth through targeted campaigns and partnership-led activations. Track campaign performance and optimize activities based on data-driven insights.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement Support the development and management of partnerships with airports, airlines, financial institutions, tourism boards, and lifestyle brands. Act as a key marketing contact for partners, supporting B2B relationships that enhance the sales pipeline. Coordinate and manage external agencies and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective campaign execution.
Campaign Execution & Market Insights Lead the execution of integrated B2B and B2C campaigns across digital and offline channels. Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable recommendations. Ensure brand consistency while adapting messaging to local market needs. Provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and performance metrics.
Team Collaboration & Cross-Regional Alignment Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to align on strategies and share best practices. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members where applicable. Contribute market insights and recommendations to support broader marketing strategy development.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience: 6–8+ years of progressive marketing experience with a strong focus on commercial, performance-driven marketing and B2B support. Industry Background: Experience in travel, aviation, hospitality, or premium consumer sectors preferred. Solid understanding of B2C, B2B, and partnership-driven marketing models. Execution Skills: Proven ability to deliver integrated campaigns with measurable business outcomes. Partnership Management: Experience working with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders. Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with ability to connect marketing activities to revenue and demand generation. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively. Core Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented, with a hands-on approach. Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required.
