What we offer:
- Weekly pay;
- Full insurance coverage (health, dental, and vision) after the probationary period;

About the Role - Your main responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform immediate repairs and preventive maintenance;
- Overhaul and install new equipment as needed;
- Rebuild and fabricate parts;
- Weld components as required;
- Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams;
- Perform facility maintenance and ensure a clean, safe work environment;
- Submit parts requests to maintain adequate inventory levels;
- Create and complete work orders as assigned;
- Conduct equipment changeovers and production line setups.
- Operate bending and sheer machine when no repairs are needed
About You - The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years of mechanical/electrical/pneumatical/hydraulic experience preferred;
- Licensed Millwright or Electrician preferred;
- Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred;
- Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment;
- Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude;
- Basic computer skills;
- Ability to follow manufacturers specifications and schematics.
