Are you an experienced warehouse operator and truck driver looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operator with a Class DZ license to drive a box truck in Mississauga, ON. The Warehouse Operator/Backup Box Truck Driver operates company trucks to complete route deliveries and associated paperwork. This role works closely with internal departments to ensure products are delivered to customers in a timely manner while remaining compliant with Transport Canada’s Motor Carrier Division regulations.
Schedule and Pay:
- $24.00 CAD per hour
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (start/end time varies on most days due to workload / coverage / business needs)
- Full-time position with regular working hours

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Perform warehouse tasks, including shipping, receiving, and stocking
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, manlifts, pallet jacks, etc.
- Drive company trucks to complete route deliveries and meet delivery schedules
- Maneuver trucks into position for loading and unloading
- Comply with all truck driving rules and regulations
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and perform preventive maintenance
- Report defects, accidents, and violations
- Complete required paperwork for the company and Transport Canada’s Motor Carrier Division
- Communicate with Fleet Management regarding maintenance and preventive servicing of delivery trucks
- Perform heavy lifting (34+ kilograms / 75+ lbs.)
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred
- 1–3 years of experience driving 26–28 ft. box trucks or other commercial motor vehicles over 4,536.38 kg (10,001 lbs) (required)
- Valid Class DZ (air brake) driver’s license with no restrictions and proper provincial endorsements
- Willing to undergo background checks and provide a driver’s abstract with history and a letter of experience
- No recent moving or driving violations; must remain insurable at standard market rates
- Ability to operate a forklift
