Manager, IT - DevOps Platform Delivery at a glance...

You will ensure that our community of builders has access to outstanding tools, processes, support and enablement activities in support of the Plan, Code & Build elements of the DevSecOps Cycle.

What's on the menu?

  • You govern the DevSecOps platforms that enable Kraft Heinz Development Community to operate and monitor Digital Products
  • You define the services provided by the Platform (catalogue, availability, availability, configuration, release, etc.) and their lifecycle.
  • You are responsible for the service operations and for the performance definition, measurement and reporting.
  • You work with service partners to enable, maintain and evolve the capabilities and the related services as required to enable both the customer (Product) and Platform’s ambitions and Strategy
  • You manage delivery & support of the Platform’s capabilities to ensure scalable, secure and integrated services that Product owners can trust to build their digital Products
  • You execute the Platform governance of existing routines, controls and monitoring activities, and you transform and improve these routines to continue to drive improved performance
  • You manage the delivery of new features, integrations and capabilities to enable and accelerate value creation in combination with the Platform strategy and ambitions.
  • You work closely with the Global IT teams to ensure that each new IT initiative with up/downstream impacts on your Platform is coordinated and aligned with the efforts of the Platform support service teams.

  • I have hands on experience with Enterprise DevSecOps tooling (preferably with Jira, GitHub, Azure DevOps & New Relic)
  • I have proven experience scaling technologies across an international business
  • I have experience working in diverse global teams and as part of large matrix teams
  • I have proven experience in platform management including defining platform strategies, scaling platforms in an internationally distributed environment, implementing platform governance, and assessing and selecting platform technologies
  • I have proven wide-ranging technology experience including * project scoping, management & delivery * requirements analysis, definition & mapping * solution and process design * systems administration and * solution architecture.

New Hire Base Salary Range $100,300.00 - $125,400.00

Bonus This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
