Bilingual Claims and Customer Service Specialist (French and English required)
Hybrid setup: 1 day in office, 4 days work from home* post-training

What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in helping customers by reviewing requests, resolving questions, and ensuring everything is handled accurately and professionally. Your bilingual communication skills will help create a smooth and reassuring experience.
Responsibilities
Review and process requests, including warranty-related cases Maintain accurate and confidential customer records using internal systems Learn and navigate company tools and programs with confidence Provide clear, helpful information in both French and English Support ongoing projects and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken Previous customer service experience Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear communicator with a calm and professional approach Able to work independently and collaboratively Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented Benefits 50-62k annually Hybrid work after training Full-time hours with a predictable schedule (no weekends or evenings) Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental coverage) Supportive onboarding and training Additional compensation available for overtime/on call
