Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Maintenance Technician (920) on a permanent basis at our Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina, SK.

What You’ll Do You will carry out maintenance, repair and service of equipment in the Truck Loading, and Tank Car Loading area of the Process Operations Department.
- You will troubleshoot loading equipment within the scope of the PDD Maintenance Technician training platform.
- You will assist in training Drivers on loading fuel / propane at the truck loading racks.
- You will assist in training Drivers on ethanol and iso-octane offloading.
- You will assist Drivers with offloading of Iso Octane from truck to storage tank.
- You will perform Driver practical examinations for ethanol offloading, fuel, and propane.
- You will obtain product, additive, or dye samples from compartments as required / directed.
- You will repair and maintain all loading rack / general service equipment in the area. Coordinate activities as required.
- You will review and take action as necessary to correct operational exceptions.
- You will maintain service records and spare parts inventory, and store records as required.
- You will originate MROs as required. Prepare written reports to supervisory staff as required.
- You will calibrate fuel meters, dye and additives at the truck and railcar loading racks.
- You will conduct meter readings, additive tank dips, and slop tank inventory checks.
- You will clean up spills as required in the loading terminals and perform necessary investigation / troubleshooting to determine cause of spill.
- You will support PDD Supervision with investigations as required.
- You will perform daily housekeeping items to keep the loading terminals neat / tidy and safe.
- You will operate designated equipment in the area (snow blower, skid steer, pressure washer, etc.).
- You will perform dye blends as required to support dyed product sales for the truck loading terminals.
- You will perform loading racks audits / FLHA’s as requested by Loading Supervisor.
- You will work with supporting team members and groups for effective operation of the truck and rail terminals.
- You will ensure all safety and terminal procedures are followed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Note 37.3 hours per week, 920 shift – two sets of 4-week rotation

Who You Are You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and
- You have a grade 12 or an equivalent combination of training and experience, experience in the repair and maintenance of Loading Rack equipment, superior mechanical aptitude, physical adaptability to perform maintenance work, and must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will be required to participate and successfully complete the applicable trades program and various training programs for advancement.

This is a unionized role that resides with UNIFOR Canada Local 594 offering a wage of $48.74 - $66.94 per hour.
