About the role

Position Summary...

To analyze transportation metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize operations while supporting strategic decision-making. Also manage support and administration for transportation process, supporting continuous transportation tool utilization, managing user permissions, and troubleshooting issues.

What you'll do...

1.Continuously maintain and update transportation dashboards, ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity.

2.Oversee all work tickets on tools (internal & external), managing reviews and escalations to ensure timely resolution.

3.Reorganize databases according to national and regional requirements, optimizing structure and performance based on data insights.

4.Act as a liaison for front-line teams, IT, management, and database users, providing training and addressing questions, and tailoring programs/tools to resolve common queries.

5.Manage master databases, set user permission levels, and organize groupings, using data insights to forecast and prevent potential data access issues.

6.New: Work closely with Insights Managers to support projects, communicate updates, and assist with process improvements and the creation of SOPs.

7.New: Serve as an expert on Salesforce and other transportation tools, supporting cross-functional teams in their use and optimization.

The pay range for this position is $66,400.00 - $83,000.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
