We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound B2B Sales Representative to sell our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for technology sales, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the SaaS or technology sector. You will proactively reach out to businesses, present software solutions, and drive subscription revenue growth.
Base Salary: $50,000/year + commissions
This position is required to be on-site.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to generate new business for our SaaS products.

Identify and qualify potential business clients and decision-makers.

Present, promote, and sell SaaS solutions to meet and exceed sales targets.

Conduct product demos and explain technical features in a clear, compelling way.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.

Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports while also maintaining CRM data accurately.

Collaborate with customer success and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

Proven experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B sales (outbound preferred).

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

Ability to deliver presentations and negotiate effectively with potential clients.
