Job Summary
The Employee Housing Facilities Coordinator will assist the Employee Housing Manager with the day-to-day operations of employee housing—planning and coordinating maintenance, tracking preventive maintenance schedules, liaising with vendors, and ensuring all facilities comply with resort policies, OH&S standards, and relevant regulations. They also address facility-related concerns and support continuous improvements to housing infrastructure. This is a full time year round position. Hourly rate based on skills and experience
Essential Job Functions
- Track and prioritize maintenance requests and follow ups
- Coordinate with Facilities and third-party trades
- Support inspections, safety checks and asset tracking
- Provide input for capital upgrades and preventative maintenance
- Ensure compliance with OH&S safety standards and all housing-related legal requirements
Required Qualifications and Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada. Can provide SIN documentation
