The Opportunity:

Role Summary:
The Driver Coordinator is the main point of contact for their fleet by coaching, assisting and
providing solutions to problems to maximize productivity of the drivers.
Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday, 15:30 - 00:00 (3:30pm - 12:00am)
40 Hours per week.

Shift Premium: $1,500/ annual

Woodstock Office located at 715032 Oxford Road 4, Woodstock, Ontario
Key Accountabilities:
- Primary Role to Manage/Monitor/Update partner carrier orders
- Assist any new partner carriers with proper web update execution
- Communicating TMMC requirements / requests
- Participating in and supporting driver retention initiatives
- Maintaining driver and carrier relations
- Monitoring carrier and driver performance
- Assisting with the development of the required driver skills i.e.: customs, Hazmat, hours of
service, policy, regulations, satellites, etc.

Assisting with contingency planning for route coverage issues

Notifying customers of all known delays and abnormal conditions

Issuing TMMC reports as required

Assisting with solutions regarding any driver/customer concerns

Completing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Knowledge of truckload dispatch an asset
-
ACE and Customs/border crossing experience an asset
-
AS400/ICC experience an asset
