About the role

What you'll do: Machine Operator, specialized as a seamstress with experience in alterations. Includes sewing machine experience with sleeve shortening, pant hemming, crest application, garment repair and alteration. Apply appropriate logo based on embellishment type as requested by the customer. Adjust colors and threads as required. Quality control: Reviewing documentation to ensure work order matches available logo and is of approved quality. Watch for issues with garments or embellishment results and take appropriate action immediately. Other duties as required include cross training in embroidery, heat seal, digital, silk screen, and embossing. Flexible hours to support business needs. What you bring: Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently while contributing to team efforts. Willing to learn to learn is a necessity. Past experience in embellishment is a benefit. Capacity to cross-train and cover as needed. Strong English comprehension and communication is necessary for the role. Ability to work full-time day shift (6:30am - 3pm) We’re always looking for great talent!
