What you’ll accomplish with us
As aSales Service Agent, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that submitted requests and transactions comply with business rules and regulatory requirements
- Following up on incomplete files with the sales force
- Responding by phone and email to questions from clients and representatives regarding business rules related to new sales, amendments, and products offered
- Performing various related administrative tasks as part of business and compensation processes
- Taking ownership of complex cases and escalating them when required
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy
- Participating in DMS (Daily Management System) meetings and contributing improvement ideas
What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for strong situational analysis skills, rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Stands out for their autonomy, organizational skills, priority management, and initiative
- Demonstrates a strong ability to adapt to change, a proactive mindset, and ease in learning new administrative systems
- Is recognized for their interpersonal skills and their very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Holds a college diploma and has 3 to 5 years of relevant or related experience, including experience in customer service and sales
- Has an advanced level of English and French proficiency, as the role requires regular verbal and written communication with clients and business partners in both languages
- The following are considered assets: experience in similar roles, knowledge of insurance distribution, and knowledge of individual insurance
- Must be available to work overtime when required
