We are looking for a Retail & Café Manager who will take full ownership of this environment. The Role

This is a hands on leadership role responsible for overseeing all café and retail operations across a seven day per week schedule. You will lead the team, manage systems, and ensure that both spaces run seamlessly, from inventory and staffing to customer experience and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all café and retail store operations including scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, product curation, and daily customer experience
  • Implement and maintain operational systems including opening and closing checklists, inventory controls, and system updates
  • Ensure smooth day to day flow across both spaces
  • Work actively on the floor as a Retail Experience Guide
  • Lead by example in customer interactions and service standards
  • Maintain a constant presence to support staff and uphold the experience
  • Manage and schedule, retail and café staff
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of all café and retail team members
  • Create a strong, accountable, and positive team culture
  • Manage relationships with retail product suppliers and café vendors
  • Ensure merchandising standards are consistently upheld
  • Maintain a retail floor that reflects The Practice’s aesthetic, philosophy, and attention to detail
  • Track retail and café sales performance
  • Report regularly to the Chief of Staff & Operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Oversee licenses, approvals, and all retail related audits and compliance requirements
  • Ensure all operations meet regulatory and internal standards
  • Support team in handling customer needs, feedback, and challenges

Compensation Range
$52,000 - $58,000
