Tasks: Cultivate on vertical farming system. Cut agricultural crops. Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Harvest seedlings. Implement soil fertility programs. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Tie and secure plants. Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality. Weeding. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
