What You'll Be Doing Safely and efficiently operate a front-end loader to load materials into trucks and hoppers while supporting production needs Conduct daily equipment inspections, report maintenance issues promptly, and assist plant operators with general plant duties as required Manage material stockpiles and add value-added products to concrete to ensure quality, consistency, and operational efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy yard and plant environment at all times Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational standards while collaborating with plant and site teams to meet customer requirements What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment, particularly loaders Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to operational excellence Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment Capability to follow instructions, adapt to changing priorities, and solve problems on site Dependable work ethic with the ability to maintain focus in an active industrial setting Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
