Business Quality Analyst III
Location: Remote - Ontario

What you’ll be working on
- Provide input to the business architecture, contribute to feasibility study, cost/benefit analysis, business case, and risk assessment
- Provide input to planning decisions, monitor and report any changes in requirements, manage and report status of business analysis progress against project plan
- Use relevant modeling techniques and templates to document business requirements
- Participate in gap analysis, investigation and communication of capability gaps and evolving requirements
- Contribute to the development of a Business Requirements Document
- Provides business and system expertise along with research/analysis services that support the design, delivery and maintenance of quality applications and enhancements
- Implements business requirements and process change initiatives to ensure that all specifications meet the objectives of the Company
- Perform manual testing on occasion and as needed
What we’re looking for you to have
- 5+ years experience in Business Analyst or Quality Assurance Specialist role
- 3+ years experience in insurance/financial services
- Experience in Group Benefits is an asset
- Post secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Strong Requirements Elicitation and Analysis
- Proficiency in Digital Portals and CX/UX Analysis
- Agile and Hybrid Project Management Experience
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Skills
- Systems Thinking and Technology Know-How
- Strategic Thinking and Business Value Awareness
- Ability to think logically, analyze and/or solve problems
- Ability to construct written reports on various issue
- Working towards CPAB or IIBA designation an asset
- Courses in facilitation skills, modeling techniques and/or stakeholder management an asset
