System Support Representative - Business Services
About the role
Job Description The System Support Representative staff reports to and will work directly with the Manager of Business Services to provide support for Integrated Bedside System. The System Support Representative will build strong and effective on-site relationships with Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital internal customers to effectively provide best customer service. This role will assist with setting up and supporting My Care premium services, generate sales through active personal contact with patients and families and address any inquiries as needed. They will provide basis technical support and escalate as needed as well as track and manage inventory. A fey focus for this role will be to provide exceptional customer service to our patients and family members.
What must you have?
- High School education.
- Graduate of a relevant program/diploma or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and/or relevant experience is preferred.
What else do you bring?
- Demonstrate initiative, excellent organization skills, adaptability, ability to prioritize conflicting demands and multi-tasking within tight deadlines
- Excellent customer service approach and skills
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in customer service assistance
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, , Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-directed and the ability to maintain effectiveness during change and with minimal supervision
- Proven attendance record.
- Demonstrates understanding and complies with patient and staff safety policies and procedures that foster a safe and inclusive environment for all.
- Ability to perform the essential duties of the job.
- Effectively uses empathy in interactions with others and demonstrates behaviours consistent with Mackenzie Health’s Commitment to Caring.
