##Key Responsibilities
- Instructional responsibilities include lecturing, classroom & lab preparation, field trips, marking, communicating, and monitoring progress.
- Advising and leading students on their educational journey.
- Instructional expertise in heavy equipment systems to deliver clear, technically accurate, and engaging theory and shop-based training that aligns with college curriculum standards and industry best practices.
- Participation in program meetings, departmental meetings and committees.
- Liaison with relevant industry representatives to ensure a strong relation exists with the program.
##Job Requirements
- Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification.
- Five years’ experience after certification.
- Red Seal designation preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
##Additional Information
This is a Sessional Part-time position at our Vermilion Campus that will commence on May 4, 2026, and will end on June 26, 2026.
