Hands 2 Feet is a private paediatric therapy clinic offering occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and music therapy. We provide assessment, treatment and consultation to children from birth to adolescence with neurodiversity and a variety of development differences. We work closely with parents, community agencies, and other team members to provide the best service.
At Hands 2 Feet, we offer a supportive, stress free, and flexible working environment. We are looking for someone who can work Tuesday, Friday and Sundays. We provide training and mentoring as needed. We offer funding for professional development. Compensation is based on experience.
We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with: Providing individual sessions in-clinic, at home, and virtually as requested Maintaining timely client notes and write reports as needed Working independently and with team members
Key Qualifications Excellent communication, problem solving, time management, planning, and documentation skills Member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy Professional liability insurance Ability to work alongside other multidisciplinary team members Self motivated with the ability to manage a busy and demanding case load A valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle Experience working with the pediatric population is an asset
Flexible Language Requirement: French not required
Education: Bachelor's Degree (required)
Experience: Physiotherapy - One year (preferred)

Hands2Feet is a clinic started in 2010 by owner Meipo Chung, offering pediatric therapy services to people all across Durham Region within Ontario. Our team of dedicated therapists are passionate about their work and believe that every child can succeed when provided with the right supports. With many years of extensive experience amongst our therapists, we offer an exceptional experience tailored to every child's specific needs.
At Hands 2 Feet we offer occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and music therapy to "help your child reach their potential in daily activities". Daily activities for a child can include school work, play, sports and recreation activities, daily living skills and self-care tasks.
Specifically, we provide intervention to children from infancy and adolescence with: -various developmental delays, gross motor and fine motor difficulties -acquired brain injury, cerebral palsy and other neurological disorders -torticollis and other neuromuscular conditions -autism, sensory processing disorder, poor self-regulation -learning disabilities and ADHD -Developmental Coordination Disorder
