- You will support the Dean Connor Inclusion Scholarship for black and indigenous students including but not limited to reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and making offers.
- You will help with full cycle recruitment for our Co-op Programs by screening resumes, having coffee chats, scheduling interviews and making offers.
- You will participate in the continual improvement of all campus recruitment strategies, partnerships, and processes.
- Assist in content review and creation for social media student marketing strategy.
- Assist in the documentation and consolidation of campus recruitment processes and procedures.
- Assist with event planning

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
