Durabuilt Windows & Doors Inc. is seeking to hire Supply Chain Supervisor to join the team at 10920 178 Street, Edmonton, AB, T5S 1R7. The candidate must be willing to join a team environment to strengthen and grow the current crew with a positive attitude and character.

We offer:

  • Annual Wage: $65,520.00/-
  • Hours per week: 35 hours per week

Terms of employment:

  • Full time permanent position
  • Job start date: as soon as possible
  • Employment conditions: Day, Morning

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Coordinate activities across various departments such as procurement, production, inventory control, distribution and transportation
  • Train workers and ensure smooth operations and compliance with policies, procedures and regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities while implementing and upholding safety standards and protocols
  • Resolve issues related to delays, shortages or quality
  • Address and resolve delays, shortages, quality concerns and work-related issues
  • Offer technical guidance and recommend strategies to enhance productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate, delegate and oversee the completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities
  • Initiate requisitions and manage the procurement of materials, equipment and supplies as required

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Tight deadlines; Attention to detail
  • Personal suitability: Accurate; Efficient interpersonal skills; Excellent oral communication; Initiative; Organized; Reliability; Team player
