Centre Director (Full-Time / Part-Time Opportunity)

About the Role
As Centre Director, you’ll play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the centre. You’ll work closely with students, parents, teachers, and staff to create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
This is an in-person position located in Caledonia, Ontario. Applicants must be able to commute to the centre. This is not a remote position, and relocation assistance is not available.
Vulberable sector screening is mandatory.
Responsibilities
As Centre Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming families and explaining Oxford Learning programs to prospective parents
- Organizing schedules for students, teachers, and staff
- Administering and coordinating student assessments
- Developing and overseeing individualized learning programs
- Building relationships within the local community, including schools, sports organizations, and businesses
- Meeting regularly with parents to discuss student progress
- Ensuring the Oxford Learning philosophy and teaching methods are consistently upheld
- Creating a fun, energetic, and encouraging learning environment
- Coaching and supporting teaching staff in Oxford Learning methodologies
- Supporting the overall daily operations and growth of the centre
Qualifications
We encourage you to apply if you meet most of the following qualifications:
Education
- University Degree or college duploma or post secondary equivalent
- Strong secondary school math skills are considered an asset
- Additional languages are an asset
Experience & Skills
- Experience working in an educational setting or similar fast-paced environment
- Leadership or team management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and online communication tools
- Customer service experience required; sales experience is an asset
- Professional and confident phone manner
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

- Salary/Compensation: $24 – $29 / hour
- Schedule: To be determined based on operational needs and candidate availability
