What You Will Do As our Sales Desk Manager , you will:

  • Lead, coach, and energize the sales team to exceed goals
  • Work the desk with strong closing acumen to finalize deals quickly and profitably
  • Drive a culture of urgency, accountability, and consistent performance
  • Develop strategies that grow sales volume and profitability month after month
  • Manage inventory and ensure the right product mix is showcased and sold
  • Partner with the F&I team to ensure seamless deal flow and customer satisfaction
  • Build strong customer relationships that create loyalty and repeat business
  • Champion the dealership’s standards and keep the team sharp

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience as a New Car Manager with strong closing ability
  • A positive attitude with the hunger to scale the business to new heights
  • A track record of delivering results in a high energy, fast paced environment
  • Ability to coach, challenge, and inspire a sales team to higher levels of performance
  • Business minded, competitive, and driven to win
  • Valid driver’s license
