**Description **
Toundrigo is a group of travel enthusiasts in Canada and the United States who have made their passion their profession. Our group is made up of 5 brands, 5 strong identities that operate in the world of adventure travel, group travel, individual travel and incentive travel.
We are currently looking for a equipment manager for our specialized adventure travel brand (Windigo Aventure), to help with our group operations in Western Canada.
The equipment manager is at the heart of the day-to-day operation! In constant contact with our operations managers and guides. He or she helps to make confirmed group trips a reality. Attentive to ensuring that equipment is well-maintained and in good working order, we need someone who is hard working, quick-witted, rigorous and proactive, so that the quality of our services is always assured.

**General Responsabilities **
Check and prepare equipment kits before tour departures
Ensure proper operation and repair of equipment during the season
Ensure pre-season trailer checks and routine inspections of all vans and trailers
Assist guides with equipment pick-up and drop-off
Give final instructions and reminders to guides going out on the road.
Keep storage area clean and tidy.
Take full inventory of equipment at the end of the season.
Plan ahead for equipment shortages and ensure that it is restocked.
Participate in problem-solving in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
All other related tasks.

**Requirements **
Having a vehicle to get to and from work site
Ability to perform strenuous tasks
Attention to detail
Commitment to quality
Good at working with power tools and ability to repair a variety of things
Bilingualism (French/English), is an asset
Vehicle with towing capability is an asset
Class 4 driver’s license is an asset
**Job Summary **
Start date: April 27th
End Date: Flexible (End of September, Start of October)
Work schedule : Full time, 40H/week (variable over the weeks between April 27th and October 15th)
Employment status : Seasonal
Salary : To be determined
Days off : 2 days/week variable days - may not always be two days in a row during peak season
Vacation pay: 4% of yearly income
Job location: Priddis, Foothills AB
