PFC Flexible Circuits Limited, a division of OSI Electronics, is seeking a Drilling Operator who will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating CNC drilling equipment to perform drilling and routing operations.

This individual will support first shift operations (7:30am to 4:00pm). Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate and maintain CNC drilling and routing machines.
  • Prepare and set up materials and drills as per work instructions for drilling/routing purposes.
  • Remove and clean panels and parts after drilling and routing process.
  • Maintain job requirements by observing drilling/routing while detecting and trouble-shooting malfunctions.
  • Update and complete Production Log.

  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment desired.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and ability to perform highly repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to perform data collection and keep accurate records consistently required.
  • Familiarity with reading blueprints and drawings desired.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work required.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry, reviewing travelers, and completing documentation required.
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in the business language (English).
