What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound leads from intake to follow-up.
- Deliver an excellent first impression via phone, email, and online chat.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to assign, track, and optimize leads.
- Use CRM tools to monitor pipeline activity and strengthen conversion performance.
- Support outbound prospecting and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain used equipment listings across company and third-party platforms.
What You Bring
- 2+ years in lead coordination, inside sales, or sales/marketing support.
- Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
- Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Marketing or Business education is an asset.
