Role Description
We are hiring a Crypto Payment Operations Specialist to support payment operations, transaction monitoring, reporting, and digital asset payment research across crypto and blockchain-enabled financial systems. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Canada focused on crypto payments, digital wallets, stablecoins, transaction flows, and emerging payment infrastructure.
The Crypto Payment Operations Specialist will help monitor crypto payment activity, review transaction trends, support operational reporting, and prepare research materials across payment platforms, stablecoins, digital wallets, blockchain networks, exchanges, and Web3 financial products. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in fintech, crypto payments, blockchain markets, digital finance, and online payment operations.
Responsibilities
- Support research and operations across crypto payment systems, online payments, stablecoins, digital wallets, and blockchain networks
- Monitor payment activity, transaction trends, settlement flows, market developments, platform updates, and digital finance adoption
- Track developments across crypto transactions, stablecoin usage, payment platforms, blockchain infrastructure, exchanges, and fintech tools
- Prepare payment operations reports, crypto payment updates, research summaries, transaction notes, and digital asset intelligence materials
- Support analysis of blockchain payment use cases, stablecoin settlement, digital wallet adoption, on-chain activity, and payment innovation trends
- Review blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, payment industry reports, DeFi dashboards, market data platforms, and industry news
- Collaborate with team members on payment operations, crypto research, fintech initiatives, market intelligence, and digital asset strategy projects
- Maintain organized payment trackers, transaction notes, stablecoin watchlists, research files, and crypto operations resources
Qualifications
- Strong interest in crypto payments, online payments, fintech, blockchain, stablecoins, digital wallets, and Web3 finance
- Familiarity with payment systems, cryptocurrency markets, blockchain networks, digital assets, stablecoins, or payment infrastructure
- Understanding of transaction flows, settlement, wallets, exchanges, liquidity, token ecosystems, risk factors, and digital finance concepts
- Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, TradingView, payment platforms, or market data sources is a plus
- Strong organizational, research, analytical, operational, and communication skills
- Ability to explain payment trends, transaction activity, crypto market developments, and operational insights clearly
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple operational and research priorities
- Previous experience in fintech, payments, crypto operations, blockchain research, financial operations, or Web3 projects is helpful

Compensation
