Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a growing infrastructure engineering team responsible for supporting and enhancing a newly developed enterprise platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, configuration management, and platform reliability, with a focus on Azure-based environments. This role requires a hands-on engineer with a strong ownership mindset who can independently troubleshoot complex issues, automate operational processes, and support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Deploy, manage, and support enterprise applications and infrastructure in Microsoft Azure environments. Design and implement infrastructure automation using scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools. Configure, maintain, and optimize Databricks environments and supporting infrastructure. Administer and support Windows-based server environments. Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Shell scripting. Build, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes. Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure high availability and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across cloud, infrastructure, and application layers. Support cloud migration and platform modernization initiatives. Collaborate with development, operations, and engineering teams in an Agile environment. Implement configuration management and infrastructure standards across enterprise platforms.

Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or related disciplines. Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services, including IaaS, PaaS, and App Services. Hands-on experience with Databricks infrastructure setup and administration in an enterprise environment. Strong Windows Server administration experience. Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, SaltStack, or Chef. Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Shell scripting. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, Nexus, or similar platforms. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Experience supporting highly available and mission-critical production environments. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud migration and application modernization projects. Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools. Experience with big data platforms and data infrastructure technologies. Azure certifications or other relevant cloud certifications. Experience working in large enterprise or financial services environments.

Education Undergraduate Degree, Technical Diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
