As a Business Development Manager on the Pliteq Flooring team, you will be integral in building local relationships and closing new business opportunities. You'll connect with customers that include anyone in the sporting world who uses or is looking to use rubber flooring, from gyms to hockey rinks and beyond. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to play a vital role in the spaces where athletes train and triumph!
Job Location: Toronto, ON. In office position with considerable travel.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Connect with the Sports World
- Collaborate with industry professionals and foster relationships across various sporting sectors
- Connect with industry leading architects and interior designers
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads:
- Receive incoming telephone sales calls
- Address incoming sales inquiry emails
- Address in-person inquiries
- Build and develop contractor and dealer sales
- Understand customer needs and requirements:
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations
- Provide pricing quotations and follow up on quotes
- Process sales orders (including delivery information)
- Troubleshoot and problem solve (where applicable)
