Job Description

Join the Legal Tech Revolution at Litera
Are you ready to shape the future of how law is practiced? At Litera, we’re on a mission to Raise The Bar™️ for the legal profession by delivering transformational and globally trusted solutions to law firms and corporate legal teams worldwide. We’ve been a leader in legal tech innovation for 30 years and are leading the legal AI revolution to this day with most of the world’s largest law firms as our clients. If you’re passionate about building AI-forward solutions that scale globally and want your work to impact millions of legal professionals worldwide, this is your opportunity to be part of an extraordinary team that’s elevating the craft of law.

The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to support Lito - Litera's GenAI platform - as it evolves from an chat-based agent into a Litera-wide platform that supercharges every legal and business workflow across the Litera product ecosystem. Lito is not simply a feature; it is the AI intelligence layer that will connect and amplify Litera's entire suite of solutions, from document drafting and redlining to matter management, firm intelligence, and beyond.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of AI, legal technology, and platform strategy. The successful candidate will work with the Lito PM team to shape product vision and roadmap, collaborating across product lines, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver an AI experience that meets legal and business professionals where they work and elevates what they can accomplish.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company objectives
  • Identify market opportunities and shape product roadmaps for competitive advantage
  • Lead cross-functional teams through product development and successful launches
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring products meet user needs and expectations
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to gather insights and validate concepts
  • Drive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and sales enablement
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive execution
  • Monitor product performance and market trends to refine strategies
  • Use data, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions
  • Manage product budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver high-quality products on time
  • Ensure alignment and communication across all departments involved in product delivery
  • Present product strategies and updates to executives and board members
  • Align product goals with broader company strategy and secure stakeholder buy-in

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years experience with a platform, ecosystem, or multi-product initiative.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing product strategy that spans multiple product lines or user personas.
  • Demonstrable expertise with generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies, including experience shipping AI-powered products to enterprise customers.
  • Experience in the legal technology market or a closely related professional services industry strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to think at both the platform level (architecture, integrations, shared services) and the workflow level (user tasks, friction points, adoption drivers).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable making data-driven decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Outstanding communication and presence, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
  • Experience working within a Microsoft 365 / Azure ecosystem is a plus.
