Why You’ll Love This Role
The HRIS Analyst will work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure the system meets organizational needs, supports data accuracy, and enhances the overall employee experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
System Administration & Support
- Maintain and configure Workday HCM modules (Workday Benefits and Learning)
- Provide day-to-day support for HR system issues, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors if needed.
- Provide day-to-day production support
- Maintain data integrity through audits, clean-up and validation.
Business Process Optimization
- Review, design, and implement efficient Workday business processes in alignment with HR operations.
- Recommend system improvements and automate manual processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Participate in testing system upgrades, new features, and releases.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management.
- Experience in HR Systems support or administration, data entry, reporting, analytics, HR operations.
- Experience with Workday
