We are looking for an enthusiastic and results driven individual to lead the STO Planning team! The Supervisor, Maintenance Planning will manage a diverse and talented team responsible for planning and scheduling Capital and O&M maintenance activities on Storage and Transmission Operations (STO) assets and locations.

What you will do:

  • Lead and support all STO maintenance planning and scheduling activities for capital and O&M work

  • Ensure safe and efficient delivery of maintenance practices and programs through the use of the SAP and MAXIMO maintenance management systems

  • Develop, review, and publish the STO work management KPI’s

  • Support the maintenance and administration of STO master data

  • Ensure compliance to business and enterprise work management practices

  • Lead work and resource forecasting activities

Who you are:

  • Hold a related university degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of related field operations experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills with proven track record to lead independently and/or coordinate work with diverse groups and individual personnel as appropriate (execution teams, internal and external stakeholders, and contractors)
  • Exceptional work management, problem solving, decision making, and negotiating skills
  • Software experience with: MS Office Suite, SAP, MAXIMO, Oracle

Working Conditions:

  • Office based standard hours with occasional extended hours during peak project phases
  • Occasional travel to other STO sites as required (approximately 10%)
