Position Overview

We are seeking an  Enterprise Account Manager  to join our  Vancouver office . In this role, you will  develop and spearhead an enterprise client onboarding program , ensuring a seamless and efficient introduction to Freelancer.com's platform. You'll manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients, guiding them through our solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring they maximize the value of our marketplace.

This role requires a combination of  strategic account management and technical knowledge  to effectively support clients in integrating our platform into their operations. You'll collaborate with international businesses, gain exposure to diverse markets, and contribute to the future of global freelancing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and lead a  structured onboarding program  for enterprise clients to ensure smooth adoption of Freelancer.com's platform.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with  enterprise-level clients , including corporations, agencies, and marketplaces.
  • Serve as the  primary point of contact , providing consultative guidance and strategic support.
  • Educate clients on  platform capabilities, best practices, and API integrations  to optimize their experience.
  • Identify opportunities for  account expansion, upselling premium services, and customized enterprise solutions .
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support, and engineering) to ensure a seamless experience for enterprise clients.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges, working alongside  technical teams  to resolve platform-related issues.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with transaction and platform guidelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple  time zones and global markets .
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to help drive product improvements and enhance the overall experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience  in  Enterprise Account Management, Client Success, or Sales .
  • Experience in developing and executing  onboarding programs  for enterprise clients.
  • Strong  relationship management  and  strategic consulting  skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal), with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with  enterprise clients  and managing high-value accounts.
  • Proven track record of  meeting or exceeding business growth targets .
  • Ability to thrive in a  fast-paced, high-growth environment .
  • Some  technical knowledge , including familiarity with  APIs, integrations, or SaaS platforms .

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience in  marketplaces, SaaS, FinTech, or online platforms .
  • Understanding of  freelancing, remote work trends, or workforce solutions .
  • Previous experience working in a  tech-driven  environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
