We are currently looking for an energetic and self-motivatedStrategic Account Managerfor a full time, permanent position. The successful candidate will be the Strategic Account Manager for a limited number of key accounts in the Energy & Infrastructure (Midstream) sector for Westburne in this market. You will be responsible for managing critical relationships with our important customers.
Responsibilities:

You will manage a limited number of accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
-
You will ensure clients derive maximum value from Westburne’s products, services and solutions
-
You will develop trusted advisor relationships with these accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
-
Develop strategies to increase sales growth in the existing customer base while prospecting for new customers
-
Work closely with other team members to ensure you are engaged in the entire sales process
-
Consistently achieve a high level of customer service
Qualifications\Experience:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager with +5 years of experience
- Have the ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Executive and C-level
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, P Eng. or equivalent work experience
- Technical experience and aptitude with electrical products, services and solutions
